Published on 2026-03-05 | 3 min

Understanding and configuring the Binance Rebalancing Bot to automatically maintain your target portfolio allocation.

What Is the Rebalancing Bot?

It automatically maintains your target asset ratios. Set BTC 50%, ETH 30%, BNB 20% — when market moves shift actual ratios, the bot buys/sells to restore balance. Register on Binance.

Why Rebalance?

Automatically sells high/buys low. Controls risk concentration. Removes emotional decision-making.

Configuration Steps

  1. App > Trading > Strategy Trading > Trading Bots > Rebalancing
  2. Select tokens and target percentages (must total 100%)
  3. Choose trigger: Time-based (weekly recommended) or Threshold-based (5-10% deviation)
  4. Set total investment amount
  5. Start the bot

Download the Binance app for intuitive setup.

Portfolio Suggestions

Conservative: BTC 60% + ETH 30% + USDT 10% Balanced: BTC 40% + ETH 30% + BNB 15% + SOL 15% Keep 3-6 tokens. BTC should be at least 30%.

Cost Consideration

Each rebalance incurs trading fees. Don't rebalance too frequently. Hold BNB for fee discounts.

Note

This is a medium-to-long-term strategy. In pure bull markets, rebalancing may underperform holding the best performer. But in most other conditions, it performs well.
